Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of multi-million-pound business change programmes across risk, digital credentialing, and organisational transformation
  • Operate as deputy to a senior Managing Director, with visibility across multiple workstreams
  • Ensure programme governance, status reporting, and risk mitigation are executed to the highest standard
  • Engage with stakeholders at senior leadership level, including Managing Directors and ExCo-level executives
  • Navigate and stabilise complex delivery environments with ambiguous and shifting priorities
  • Drive end-to-end delivery including planning, budgeting, milestone tracking, and benefits realisation
  • Identify and manage unconnected risks and dependencies impacting programme success
  • Embed best practices for change delivery, with strong process discipline and a hands-on delivery mindset

We are seeking a seasoned and resilient Programme Director to lead the delivery of a portfolio of complex business change and transformation initiatives. This individual will be overseeing high-impact programmes at varying stages of maturity - from in-flight delivery to programme closure.
The successful candidate will be pivotal in shaping delivery strategy, ensuring execution against Group ExCo-level standards, and managing multi-dimensional change in a fast-paced environment.
