Summary: This role is for a Programme Manager/Director with a focus on Target Operating Model (TOM) design and implementation, specifically within the London Market. The ideal candidate should have experience with AI and be able to address key operational issues identified through various initiatives. The position involves integrating outputs from these initiatives to enhance the operating framework and technology solutions. The new TOM will also explore how AI and technology can improve workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and rollout of Target Operating Model (TOM).
- Address operational issues such as late payments and workflow reviews.
- Implement digital workflow solutions and client-facing digital solutions.
- Oversee the rollout of Salesforce and other technology solutions.
- Integrate outputs from various initiatives to enhance the operating framework.

This role requires extensive London Market experience. As well as Target Operating Model design and rollout. Ideal candidate will have some experience around AI.
There have been a number of initiatives run within the company, which have identified some key recurring themes across how the business operates, these range from focus on the issue of late payment to markets and a review of the existing workflow, roles and systems. In addition, they are looking at the introduction of a digital workflow solution to the business. There is ongoing work on Data, client facing digital solutions and the rollout of Salesforce.
The organisational framework has also recently been refreshed to align the strategic focus. The TOM will sit within this new structure.
This programme will bring together all of the outputs and recommendations from these initiatives to deliver a refreshed operating framework and supporting technology solutions through to execution.
Crucially the new TOM will need to consider how AI and technology can transform the way of working.
