Summary: As a Programme Manager at a leading change and transformation consultancy, you will be instrumental in implementing a content generation solution for a life sciences client, targeting a go-live in Q4 2025. Your role will focus on enhancing efficiency and scalability in content creation across R&D functions, while managing senior stakeholder relationships and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. You will lead change management initiatives and apply your project management expertise to drive successful programme delivery. This position is an initial 3-6 month contract requiring onsite work in London two days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage senior stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment on the strategic vision and objectives
  • Provide programme delivery assurance, overseeing the end-to-end implementation process
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of technology programme management
  • Define value metrics and establish quality assurance frameworks
  • Lead change management initiatives to drive adoption and long-term success
  • Apply project management expertise to plan, coordinate, and execute the programme

Key Skills:

  • Extensive experience as a Programme Manager, preferably in a technology or innovation-driven environment
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, multi-faceted programmes
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus
  • In-depth knowledge of change management principles and best practices
  • Technical proficiency to understand the integration of content generation solutions and AI-enabled technologies

We're seeking a Programme Manager to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact for our life sciences client please note, this is an initial 3-6 month inside IR35 PAYE Umbrella contract that will require onsite working in London 2 days per week

Summary

As the Programme Manager, you will play a crucial role in preparing the organization to implement a content generation solution, targeting an initial go-live in Q4 2025 for priority assets. In this strategic transformation, you will enhance efficiency, consistency, and scalability in content creation across R&D functions. By leading a phased approach, beginning with high-impact use cases and expanding throughout 2026, you will position the R&D department for AI-enabled operational excellence.
