Programme Manager – Business Intake Transformation (Law Firm) £1.5m programme | 18-month contract | Outside IR35 | Hybrid (1–2 days in London office) | Start April
You don’t often get the chance to lead the largest transformation programme this firm has ever run. From April, a new governance structure launches and the spotlight is firmly on delivering a firm-wide Business Intake transformation across technology, people and process. You’ll step into a programme already funded and moving fast. The work centres on redesigning how client and matter inception happens across a 1,000-lawyer firm — moving parts of Intapp from on-prem to cloud, coordinating multiple workstreams, and helping simplify processes that currently take weeks.
This isn’t about being the most technical person in the room. It’s about being the Programme Manager who has been around the block, can manage senior partners, and isn’t afraid to cut through complexity when risk and governance slow things down. You’ll work closely with the Transformation team and senior sponsors, guiding the programme day-to-day, aligning stakeholders, and keeping momentum across technology, HR, operating model and process change.
If you’ve delivered large, complex programmes in law firms or regulated environments — ideally with exposure to Intapp or risk teams — this will feel like the kind of challenge you enjoy. Interviews start mid-March with an April start.
