Summary: The Programme Manager will oversee the implementation of a property management system in a hybrid role requiring travel to London. This position is focused on managing development requirements, resolving conflicts in development backlogs, and providing updates to stakeholders. The role is initially contracted for 12 months and is classified as outside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the implementation of a new PMS across the organisation
- Work with internal teams to understand development requirements
- Identify and resolve conflicts within development backlogs, particularly where change and development impacts multiple teams in the company
- Provide regular & key updates to stakeholders across the company
- Manage 3rd parties and assist with supplier Management meetings to highlight and manage any issues
Key Skills:
- A proven Programme Manager who is well versed in property/real estate technical programmes & projects
- Previous experience working with either Yardi or MRI systems, such as Horizon, PMX or Voyager
- Excellent stakeholder & communication skills

Programme Manager (Property/Real Estate systems) - Hybrid - £1,000 a day (outside IR35) We have an urgent requirement for a Programme Manager to lead the implementation of a property management system. This is a hybrid role with travel needed to London and will be an initial 12 month contract.
