The role
Our client needs a senior, hands-on programme manager to run its UK growth programmes.
This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports.
You will own the programmes end to end, taking new growth initiatives from nothing to live.
What you'll do
- Own and deliver the UK growth programmes as an individual contributor
- Take new growth initiatives from a standing start through to launch
- Set up and manage joint ventures and partnerships
- Work with external suppliers and manage those relationships
- Open up new opportunities through direct outreach, including cold calling
- Get structures, processes and commercial arrangements in place so programmes can run
Essential experience
- Senior-level programme or growth delivery experience
- Proven experience building growth initiatives from scratch with a clear structure
- Joint venture or partnership experience
- Experience managing external suppliers
- Comfortable with hands-on outbound outreach, including cold calling
- Happy to work independently without a team

- Experience at a similar level of seniority in a comparable growth-focused role
