About The Team & Role Are you interested in being part of the emerging cultural shift to become insight-driven organisation? You’ll be a key member of the Data and Intelligence Strategy team which is implementing the GCC Data and Intelligence Strategy. This team sits within the Planning, Performance and Insight service. You'll work closely with the Strategic Lead for the Data and Intelligence Strategy, key members of the Planning, Performance and Insight service, as well as colleagues across the council. Your work will include managing transformational projects and programmes, and you will utilise past experience of benefits management and culture change.

About You Ideally, you'll have experience of leading the development, implementation and management of transformational projects and programmes. You’ll have achieved a high standard of programme delivery and monitored/delivered benefits (including savings). You’ll be passionate about behaviour change, highly self-motivated and determined; demonstrating an ability to influence and collaborate with key stakeholders including senior management in a local authority setting.
