Summary: The Programme Manager will collaborate with the G6 Programme Manager to ensure the successful delivery of programme outcomes within HMRC's regional centres across the UK. This role focuses on establishing governance frameworks, monitoring progress, managing risks, and preparing the business for change. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the G6 Programme Manager in delivering programme objectives and outcomes.
  • Establish and maintain appropriate governance structures and assurance processes to ensure compliance and transparency.
  • Track programme milestones, deliverables, and performance metrics, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies where necessary.
  • Work with Project Leads and the business to ensure dependencies are actively managed.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and resolve challenges.
  • Produce accurate and timely reports for senior leadership and governance boards.
  • Provide direction and guidance on development to the project teams.

Location: All UK HMRC regional centres

Role Purpose :The G7 Programme Manager will work closely with the G6 Programme Manager to ensure successful delivery of programme outcomes. This role is pivotal in establishing robust governance and assurance frameworks, monitoring progress, managing risks and issues, and ensuring the business is prepared for change .
