Summary: The Programme Manager will lead the implementation of a Savings Platform for a banking or building society client, focusing on managing a complex core banking and savings systems implementation. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of a Savings Platform implementation programme
  • Define and manage programme governance, structure, and controls
  • Manage multiple interdependent workstreams including technology, data, operations, and change
  • Oversee delivery of savings products, account structures, interest calculations, and customer journeys
  • Act as the primary point of contact for senior business and technology stakeholders
  • Manage third-party vendors and system integrators
  • Ensure alignment with core banking architecture and enterprise standards
  • Own programme planning, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and operational requirements
  • Provide clear, concise reporting to senior leadership

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead the implementation of a Savings Platform for a banking or building society client.
