Our client is a medium-sized organisation operating within the Energy & Natural Resources sector. They are committed to implementing cutting-edge technological solutions to enhance operational performance and maintain their industry leadership.
Description
The contractor will be responsible for reporting against a programme of projects and activities that are required to achieve the optimisation of the business. Each of the projects has an existing Executive company lead; the individual will be responsible for liaising with that lead and reporting against a delivery programme. The role is expected to last between 12 and 24 months. These projects are in various stages of development and or completion, and may include:
- Financial restructuring
- Coordinating potential M&A activity
- Delivery of term commercial contracts
- Delivery of energy from waste and carbon capture construction projects
- Delivery of ancillary energy projects such as private wires and district heating
- Communications planning
The candidates will work with the EQT deal team and alongside senior colleagues including: CEO, CFO, General Counsel, Head of Corporate Finance and MD Operations.
