Key Responsibilities for the Programme Manager
- Develop and implement a comprehensive project plan for the Finistra Loan IQ implementation
- Manage and coordinate project resources, including internal team members and external vendors
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful delivery
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any issues or concerns
- Identify and mitigate project risks to minimise impact on project timeline and budget, getting the programme back on track
- Provide leadership and direction as the Programme Manager to the PMO / project team members to move forward project goals and objectives
Person Specification
- Proven track record as a Project Manager or Programme Manager in successfully managing complex implementation projects in the financial services industry
- Experience working with Loan IQ or similar loan management software platforms would be an advantage
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and execute project plans, manage resources, and mitigate risks
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Knowledge of best practices in project management and a commitment to continuous improvement
- Relevant professional qualifications in project management, programme management, or similar field
- Experience working in a Fintech or financial services organisation is desirable
