Key Responsibilities for the Programme Manager

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive project plan for the Finistra Loan IQ implementation
  • Manage and coordinate project resources, including internal team members and external vendors
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful delivery
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any issues or concerns
  • Identify and mitigate project risks to minimise impact on project timeline and budget, getting the programme back on track
  • Provide leadership and direction as the Programme Manager to the PMO / project team members to move forward project goals and objectives

Person Specification

  • Proven track record as a Project Manager or Programme Manager in successfully managing complex implementation projects in the financial services industry
  • Experience working with Loan IQ or similar loan management software platforms would be an advantage
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and execute project plans, manage resources, and mitigate risks
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of best practices in project management and a commitment to continuous improvement
  • Relevant professional qualifications in project management, programme management, or similar field
  • Experience working in a Fintech or financial services organisation is desirable
