Summary: The Finance ERP Programme Manager will lead a significant transformation project for a well-known insurance company, transitioning from a legacy on-premise system to a modern cloud-based ERP platform. This role involves overseeing the entire lifecycle of the project, from vendor selection to delivery. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Finance ERP transformations and will play a crucial role in shaping the project's direction. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full lifecycle of the Finance ERP transformation programme, from vendor selection to rollout and delivery.
- Manage budgeting and timelines effectively throughout the project.
- Collaborate closely with business and IT teams to ensure hands-on involvement in project details.
- Oversee supplier, vendor, and delivery partner management to achieve desired outcomes.
- Ensure end-to-end programme delivery from strategy and planning through to execution and post-implementation.
- Utilize previous experience in Insurance or Financial Services to inform project decisions.
- Leverage experience with HR system transformations as needed.
Key Skills:
- Proven track record in leading multiple Finance ERP transformations, particularly with SAP S/4HANA, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Ability to deliver in lean environments with a hands-on approach.
- Strong management skills for suppliers, vendors, and delivery partners.
- Experience in end-to-end programme delivery.
- Background in Insurance or Financial Services.
- Advantageous experience with HR system transformations (e.g., Workday).

This role will see you joining a well known insurance company embarking on a major Finance ERP Transformation. This programme will transition the business from a Legacy on-premise system to a modern cloud-based ERP platform.
As the Programme Manager, you'll be joining at the inception stage and will lead the full lifecycle, from vendor selection and budgeting through to rollout and delivery. This is an exciting opportunity to shape a transformation from the ground up and leave a lasting impact in the business.
Experience Required:
- Proven track record leading multiple Finance ERP transformations, ideally with SAP S/4HANA, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar
- Comfortable delivering in lean environments. You'll need to be hands-on and in the detail with the business and IT teams.
- Strong supplier, vendor, and delivery partner management skills, with a focus on timelines and outcomes
- End-to-end programme delivery experience, from strategy and planning through to execution and post-implementation.
- Previous background in Insurance or Financial Services is required
- Experience with HR system transformation would be advantageous (eg Workday).
