Summary: Unilabs is looking for a Programme Manager for Global Deployments to join their Operations Excellence team for a duration of 6 to 9 months. The role involves managing large-scale projects across global operations, supporting local project managers, and ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure local timelines and activities align with the overall programme roadmap and objectives
  • PM capability support - coach local PMs to ensure adherence to delivery standards
  • Maintain central oversight across all market deployments to track progress and spot deviations early
  • Own and manage the programme RAID log, proactively identifying and tracking risks, issues and dependencies across the programme
  • Facilitate effective governance - drive consistent accurate reporting from local PMs
  • Support scalability and delivery assurance as we are onboarding additional countries

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in programme management or project management, preferably in a global context
  • Strong understanding of programme management methodologies and best practices
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus

Unilabs is seeking a highly skilled Programme Manager for Global Deployments to join our Operations Excellence team, for 6 to 9 months. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating large-scale projects and deployments across our global operations. This role manages oversight of multiple local projects within a broader programme, supports local PMs, owns governance (RAID, reporting), and ensures delivery scalability. It's highly cross-functional and strategic. You will work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including senior leadership, project teams, and external partners, to ensure the successful delivery of initiatives that align with Unilabs' strategic goals.
