Summary: The Programme Manager for Global CRM & Collaboration Tools will lead critical global programmes focused on implementing a CRM system and enhancing collaboration tools within a major insurance company undergoing digital transformation. This high-impact role requires strong stakeholder engagement and oversight of vendor relationships, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. The position offers senior visibility and the opportunity to drive transformative change in a collaborative environment. The contract is initially for 6 months but is part of a multi-year programme.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of global CRM and collaboration ecosystem programmes in alignment with strategic goals.
- Develop and manage programme plans, workstreams, resources, budgets, and timelines.
- Act as a senior liaison with stakeholders including broking teams, IT, vendors, and third-party integrators.
- Oversee vendor relationships, ensuring delivery performance and value for investment.
- Govern programme scope, manage dependencies and proactively address risks.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to cross-functional project teams globally.
- Report programme status to the Executive Board and other governance forums.
- Support benefit tracking and ongoing optimisation post-deployment.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience leading complex, multi-stream programmes in systems delivery and digital transformation.
- Strong track record of delivering enterprise systems, ideally CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft-based solutions.
- Extensive background in Insurance.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills, including experience working with C-suite.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a hands-on leadership style.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and team-building abilities.

This role will lead two critical global programmes—implementing a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and delivering a new collaboration and communication ecosystem across the organisation. This is a high-impact role with senior stakeholder visibility and global reach.
