Key Responsibilities:

- Establish and manage program governance structures, ensuring risk mitigation, compliance, and reporting requirements are met.
- Develop and maintain detailed program plans, budgets, and schedules.
- Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams for seamless execution of project deliverables.
- Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and issues, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, providing updates on program progress and challenges.
- Manage a programme team, providing direction and support in achieving programme objectives.
- Mentor and coach team members.
- Build strong collaborative working relationships across teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance efficiency within the program delivery framework.

What you’ll do
- Plan, execute, and manage programs ensuring they align with organizational goals and deliver intended business value.
