La Fosse are currently partnered with a customer who are looking to recruit an experienced Programme Manager into their team, to lead on a number of critical workstreams.

This role is outside IR35, initial 6 months and paying 800 per day. Tuesday to Thursday onsite, with additional onsite presence expected during the initial mobilisation phase. Their office is in Central London.

About the role:

• Oversee the delivery of 8 workstreams initially, ramping up to 10 workstreams.


• Each workstream will have a dedicated Project Manager. The Programme Manager will focus on managing interdependencies, governance, proactive management of escalations within the technology as well as from the wider business programme and reporting, enabling, supporting PMs to concentrate on their respective workstreams.


• Ensure effective coordination between workstreams, maintaining seamless integration.


• Agile delivery experience: The emphasis is on hands-on delivery rather than purely serving as an Agile evangelist.


• Experience in Financial Services / Banking: However, the ideal candidate should not be overly senior or from a highly hierarchical big-bank environment.


• Know when to escalate issues and when to dive into specific workstreams.


• Comfortable wearing multiple hats and adapting to the programme s changing needs.
