Summary: We are looking for an experienced Programme Manager with extensive financial services experience to lead complex business change and transformation initiatives. The role involves overseeing high-impact programmes, ensuring execution against standards, and managing change in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will engage with senior leadership and drive end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams. This position is based in Northampton and requires on-site presence 2 to 3 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of multi-million-pound business change programmes across risk, digital credentialing, and organisational transformation
- Operate as deputy to a senior Managing Director, with visibility across multiple workstreams
- Ensure programme governance, status reporting, and risk mitigation are executed to the highest standard
- Engage with stakeholders at senior leadership level, including Managing Directors and ExCo-level executives
- Navigate and stabilise complex delivery environments with ambiguous and shifting priorities
- Drive end-to-end delivery including planning, budgeting, milestone tracking, and benefits realisation
- Identify and manage unconnected risks and dependencies impacting programme success
- Embed best practices for change delivery, with strong process discipline and a hands-on delivery mindset

- Extensive experience in financial services is essential
- Proven track record delivering large-scale, cross-functional transformation programmes
- Strong grasp of risk, control, and governance in large organisations
