Summary: Programme Manager (End to End Review) is required for a 3-6 month engagement with a consultancy client in London. The role demands a strong background in Financial Services and experience in conducting comprehensive end-to-end reviews. The successful candidate will work hybrid, with three days per week onsite in London, and must engage via an FCSA accredited Umbrella Company. This position is classified as inside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive end-to-end reviews from high-level policy requirements to execution/delivery of services.
- Deliver a thorough and robust review while maintaining a coherent strategy throughout the process.
- Partner effectively with the Executive team to ensure confidence in project scope and delivery.
- Manage governance, risks, dependencies, policy reviews, and strategic alignment capabilities.
- Prepare and present clear reports and documentation for steering committees and governance bodies.
Key Skills:
- Extensive demonstrable experience as a Programme Manager within Financial Services environments.
- Strong experience in executing comprehensive reviews.
- Ability to partner effectively with the Executive team.
- Experience managing governance, risks, dependencies, policy reviews, and strategic alignment capabilities.
- Strong FS Regulatory or Policy related experience.
- Deep understanding of portfolio, programme, and change management methodologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong skills in preparing and presenting clear reports and documentation.
- Previous Financial Services experience is essential; Consultancy experience is beneficial.
- Experience in projects or programmes related to Deposits and/or Payments is highly beneficial.

The successful candidate must have a structured approach to deliver a thorough and robust review, providing clarity and ensuring that the team maintains a coherent strategy throughout the review process. Previous Financial Services experience is essential, as is FS regulations / Policy review and delivery experience.
The role is Inside IR35 and is Hybrid with 3 days per week onsite in London. Candidates must engage via an FCSA accredited Umbrella Company.
