Summary: The Programme Manager - Education role is focused on leading and delivering national programmes aimed at helping young people realize their potential through partnerships with employers. The position requires a proactive individual to manage projects, develop networks, and ensure high-quality client service while promoting social mobility and inclusivity. The role is based in Leeds with some national travel and offers flexibility in working arrangements. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave.
