Summary: This role is for a Senior Programme Manager on a 12-month contract, focused on leading a high-profile transformation programme within an organization. The position requires overseeing multiple strategic priorities, including governance, programme growth, and property redevelopment, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with organizational goals. The role is hybrid, based in London, and classified as outside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of a complex transformation programme, ensuring alignment to strategic goals and funding milestones
- Develop and maintain an integrated programme plan across multiple workstreams
- Establish effective governance structures and reporting processes
- Manage risks, dependencies, and change across the programme lifecycle
- Provide clear and insightful reporting to senior leadership and board-level stakeholders
- Coordinate delivery across key areas including organisational governance, programme development, and a major capital project
- Support strategic decision-making through high-quality analysis and stakeholder engagement
Key Skills:
- Proven experience delivering complex, multi-workstream transformation programmes
- Strong understanding of governance frameworks and working with senior stakeholders or boards
- Experience managing risk, performance, and programme reporting
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and challenge constructively

- Comfortable working across different functions and building strong relationships
- Desirable experience within a charity, public sector, or regulated environment

About you
Proven experience delivering complex, multi-workstream transformation programmes
Strong understanding of governance frameworks and working with senior stakeholders or boards
Experience managing risk, performance, and programme reporting
