Summary: Belmont Recruitment is seeking a Programme Manager for Suffolk Council's Drug & Alcohol Service for a temporary contract of 3-6 months. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee delivery of the Drug and Alcohol Community Treatment Contract and associated improvement plans
- Lead activity and partnership engagement in support of the national Drug Strategy through the Combatting Drugs Partnership
- Identify and implement evidence-based interventions to improve outcomes for individuals with alcohol and drug dependency
- Use local data, intelligence, and service feedback to inform priorities, commissioning decisions, and programme activity
- Build and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders including NHS, voluntary sector, community safety, and public health teams
- Contribute to budget management, performance reporting, and delivery of strategic objectives
- Support and influence wider public health initiatives, aligned with reducing health inequalities and promoting safer communities
