Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and monitor various projects related to data analytics programs.
- Manage complex projects from inception to completion.
- Gather insights and analytics using tools like G-Suite, CRM, and Daiquery.
- Communicate priorities to leadership and stakeholders effectively.
- Coordinate with global teams and manage relationships across different levels.
- Handle budgets for individual activations and larger scale projects.
- Present data insights and findings through various communication channels.

Atrium EMEA are looking for an accomplished Programme Manager who will play a critical role in planning, executing, and monitoring various projects related to programs being designed and implemented by the Monetization Incentives Global Programs Team. The ideal candidate possesses strong data, communication, organizational and leadership skills, along with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects or tasks from inception to completion. The Programme Manager requires strong critical-thinking and organizational skills, a strong understanding of the ad industry, knowledge of messaging apps, and cross-functional management experience.
Specific experience with data, analytics and insights gathering work [G-Suite, CRM and Daiquery]. Strong presentation and communication skills [G-suite, Live presentations and Email / Workplace Post comms ] Data analytics, data manipulation and insights gathering skills Comfortable prioritizing work streams and communicating these priorities to leadership and stakeholders Strong operational background - bringing teams and functions together to increase efficiency Comfortable working with a global team and an understanding of regional nuances Previous experience with global activations Experience with east-west coordination, and relationship management across levels Ability to handle the pace and ambiguity that comes with working in a start-up environment Experience managing budgets both for individual activations and on a larger scale Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
