Summary: The Programme Manager for the Cheshire and Merseyside Children and Young People (CYP) Alliance will oversee health service initiatives aimed at improving outcomes for children and young people. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to drive service development, pathway redesign, and system-level coordination. The successful candidate will utilize their healthcare management expertise to influence and enhance service delivery. This position is fixed-term and based at Alder Hey Children's NHS Foundation Trust, a leading children's hospital in Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of CYP Alliance meetings.
• Development of clear project plans, work streams, and agreed milestones.
• Building strong networks with regional stakeholders, including primary, secondary, and community care providers.
• Supporting the development of relationships with multiple teams across the Integrated Care System (ICS) to improve outcomes.
• Reviewing and evaluating performance, identifying areas for improvement and transformation.
• Using knowledge of healthcare management to influence, plan, and review service provision.
• Developing a robust communication plan for stakeholder engagement.
