• Own RAID management (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)

• Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams
• Manage client expectations and escalations
• Oversee testing, migration, cutover and go-live activities
• Ensure successful delivery within regulated financial services environments

Overall Assessment

This is effectively a Senior transformation delivery role rather than a traditional project management position. The strongest candidates will have delivered large-scale capital markets platform implementations, possess deep financial markets knowledge, and be comfortable operating as the primary interface between clients, delivery teams and executive sponsors.
