Key Skills:

• 5 years managing large-scale change and transformation programmes in media, broadcasting, or digital environments.
• Skilled in influencing executives and collaborating across teams and departments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experienced in budget management, risk mitigation, and strategic decision-making.
• Proficient in agile and waterfall methodologies with strong organisational skills.
