Robert Walters have partnered with a leading global organisation undergoing a significant transformation of its core business functions. This is an exciting opportunity to join the organisation at a pivotal time, supporting the design and implementation of their new Target Operating Model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage your experience in people-focused TOM design and implementation, working in either an advisory or programme leadership capacity.
- Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-Suite executives, to ensure alignment, buy-in, and support throughout the transformation process.
- Lead workforce strategy initiatives and cost control programmes within an enterprise-scale organisation.
