The role:
- Lead and manage the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Programme, which includes a programme team, core programme activity, Finance Project, HR Project and IT Project
- Resource the programme with skilled and capability contributors, building a delivery-focused, resilient and high performing team
Requirements:
- Eligible to get CTC/SC Cleared (ideally active for a quicker start)
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering large scale transformation programmes incorporating delivery of new technology , finance and HR functions and services
- Experience in ERP – Oracle and SAP
- Experience in public sector
Desirable:
- Experience of implementing the Workday ERP system
