Summary: The Programme Delivery Lead will play a crucial role in shaping and delivering a new global operating model within a professional services firm. This position involves driving the implementation of the knowledge management platform 'Foundation' and ensuring the successful execution of the Target Operating Model across various dimensions. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading complex transformation programmes, particularly within legal or professional services sectors. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive delivery of the Target Operating Model (TOM) across people, process, data and technology.
- Lead the implementation of ‘Foundation’.
- Translate TOM and data strategy designs into clear, sequenced delivery plans with defined outcomes.
- Identify and mitigate delivery risks early covering adoption, readiness, data quality and decision delays.
- Maintain strong discipline around scope control and design integrity.
- Provide transparent reporting on progress, risks and delivery confidence.
- Govern end to end programme delivery, including integrated planning, RAID management, decision logging and escalations.
- Coordinate global and regional stakeholders to ensure consistent TOM execution.
- Deliver streamlined, service based processes that reduce duplication and strengthen support for fee earners.

- Proven experience leading complex transformation programmes in large, global organisations.
- Strong understanding of Target Operating Model design and implementation.
- Background in legal or professional services is strongly preferred.

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Programme Delivery Lead to help shape and deliver a brand new global operating model within a leading professional services firm. This is a rare opportunity to influence how their global Business Development & Marketing teams support their fee earners, shift to a service based structure, and adopt a new generation of data and knowledge sharing tools. Central to this transformation is the implementation of the knowledge management platform ‘Foundation’. Experience implementing Litera Foundation is highly desirable, but we are also open to programme leaders who have successfully delivered other major technology platforms such as CRM or ERP solutions. Candidates with a background in professional services will be particularly well suited to this role.
