This role is to join the Global Online MBA (Warwick & London) (and Global Central Banking Qualification) programme team and the Programmes Quality Team within the Masters Portfolio at Warwick Business. The post will be based at Warwick Business School, University of Warwick. The successful candidate will also be required to work occasional evenings and shifts, including weekends, to meet customer needs. This role will be spread over two teams – 60% (3 days) with the Global Online MBA programme team and 40% (2 days) with the Programmes Quality team, with working days in each team specified.
In this busy and varied role, you will be responsible for providing consistent and high-quality administrative support for courses and processes within our Masters portfolio. This will involve acting as the first point of contact for a range of enquirers and maintaining accurate records throughout the student life cycle (i.e. from pre-arrival to graduation). You may also assist with the organisation of internal and student events, such as recruitment and graduation events. As part of a large team of skilled administrators, this is your opportunity to really get involved with the daily running of our Masters portfolio.
About You
You will have experience of delivering excellent customer service through effective team working and be able to demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a matrix organisational context. Evidence of well-developed administration skills preferably in an HE environment and a high level of IT literacy will be required, as will the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and with attention to detail. You will be at ease working in a changing environment, being able to demonstrate flexibility to be involved in a number of operational support activities at a time of changing landscape in HE provision. Experience of providing administrative support to support the delivery of courses would be advantageous.

About The Department
You will be joining 7 other Programme Co-Ordinators, 5 Deputy Programme Managers and a Programme Manager on the Global Online MBA team, and 2 Deputy Quality Programme Managers and a Programmes Quality Manager in the Quality team. A lot of your student interaction will done in a virtual format (email, Teams, forums, phone calls etc), our global online MBA students do partake in residential teaching weeks so in-person interaction does take place too, also your support to the Quality team will give you opportunities to engage in person with our full time Masters students too. We share a light and airy office with the teams of the other Masters programmes in the School, close to central campus and all the amenities that offers. The Office regularly holds events to encourage staff comradery and actively support wellbeing.
