  • Provide student-facing support including attendance monitoring, guiding learners through procedures and responding to enquiries.
  • Assist with project organisation, viva planning and preparation for the next academic cycle.
  • Contribute to programme administration by servicing committees, maintaining records and supporting ongoing tasks.

Key Skills:

  • Experience in higher education administration with good understanding of academic and student cycles.

Signature Recruitment is pleased to be recruiting for the Programme Administrator position with a well-regarded London higher education institution. This full-time role is based in London and offers a hybrid pattern of three campus days and two home-working days. The temporary assignment starts immediately for an approx. seven-week assignment, with the possibility of extension, and pays 19.46 per hour plus holiday pay. You will work 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. You will join a supportive team and play a central role in programme coordination across busy academic cycles.
