15+ years in Quality Engineering / Test Management.
5+ years at Program Test Manager / Senior Test Manager level.
Mandatory: Insurance experience.
Strong experience leading large, complex financial services or insurance programs.
Strong Test Strategy & Governance experience across SIT, E2E, regression, UAT and release assurance.
Strong senior stakeholder and supplier management experience.
Experience with test transformation, automation, CI/CD and regression optimization.
Strong understanding of wealth, retirement, pensions or investment platforms is preferred.
FNZ or comparable wealth platform experience is preferred.
Strong executive communication and leadership skills.
