Summary: The Program Test Manager role requires a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in QA/Quality Engineering, preferably with a technical background. The candidate will manage delivery test management for complex transformation programs, particularly in Finance & Actuarial sectors, and should have experience with IFRS 17 or similar programs. A Master's degree in a STEM subject is also required, along with strong stakeholder management skills. The position is based in Liverpool, England.

Key Responsibilities:
