Proven experience in end-to-end program/project delivery, ideally in a technology or platform environment. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and influence across business, technical, and leadership levels. Experience with Agile methodologies, sprint planning, and delivery management. Deep understanding of change management frameworks, with hands-on application of change tools and methods. Proficient in JIRA and Confluence, including JQL and dashboarding to support data-driven decision-making. Skilled in managing budgets, forecasts, and vendor relationships. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a creative and pragmatic approach to challenges.
Desirable: Expertise in data-driven delivery practices, leveraging tools to drive visibility, accountability, and continuous improvement. Previous experience in high-performance delivery environments with continuous change initiatives.
