Summary: The Program/Project Manager (Change Management) will play a pivotal role in the IT Asset Management transformation program at a leading global financial services firm. This position involves facilitating communication, tracking progress, and driving the adoption of IT initiatives across the organization. The role requires collaboration with multiple teams to ensure smooth project delivery and effective change management. The position is based in Glasgow, requiring three days a week in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop an understanding of business models and technology services, aligning them with IT risk initiatives.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to ensure comprehensive end-to-end planning.
  • Track and monitor risks, escalate issues when necessary, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Document project requirements, changes, and scope adjustments, and maintain an audit trail.
  • Host governance forums, track action items, and manage project plans, milestones, and meeting documentation.
  • Collaborate with the OCM team on communication and adoption activities.
  • Create detailed communication plans, PowerPoint materials for workstreams, and senior management updates.
  • Manage the distribution of materials through various communication channels, including emails and JIVE content.
  • Identify areas for improvement and execute necessary changes to enhance processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards in all communication and documentation.

  • Ability to track KPIs and report on project progress effectively.
