You are expected to be a subject matter expert with deep knowledge and experience, possess influencing and advisory skills, and be responsible for team decisions. You will engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions while providing solutions to problems that apply across various teams. Advanced proficiency in Workday HCM is required. Advanced proficiency in Program Project Management is recommended. Intermediate proficiency in Transmission and Distribution Fundamentals, along with advanced proficiency in Workday Financial Management, is suggested.
