Program Manager - Warehouse Expansion

Summary: The Program Manager for Warehouse Expansion will lead capital project support for manufacturing sites within the Global Brands Supply, Project Engineering team. This role focuses on delivering warehouse expansion projects, managing risks, and ensuring stakeholder engagement while maintaining project documentation and financial performance. The position requires strong leadership and project management skills, along with a commitment to safety and carbon reduction initiatives. The role is contracted through a Managed Service Provider, Magnit Global, rather than directly with Diageo.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of warehouse expansion projects.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and cash forecasts.
• Embed an industry-leading approach to safety in partnership with the supply chain and workers on site.
• Proactively manage risks impacting project milestones, cost, and quality.
• Coordinate between various suppliers, consultants, and Diageo stakeholders.
• Manage the project steering committee to ensure stakeholder engagement and clear direction for the project team.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports, including project status, financial performance, and risk assessments.
• Support assessment of projects' carbon emissions and implementation of carbon reduction initiatives.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and meeting minutes.
