Summary: This role involves leading and orchestrating a digital transformation program, ensuring alignment between strategic objectives and project execution. The Program Manager will facilitate collaboration among project teams, manage risks, and enhance governance to drive successful outcomes. The position requires strong leadership skills to build partnerships with senior management and ensure effective communication across all levels. The focus is on delivering projects incrementally while maintaining clarity in reporting and resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the overall orchestration of the CUSTOMER program, ensuring alignment between business objectives and project execution
  • Facilitate collaboration between project teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and execution of the program
  • Enable cross-functional engagement focusing on breaking down silos and ensuring an end-to-end transformation mindset within the program
  • Establish and maintain a governance framework to support efficient decision-making, risk management, and effective communication across projects
  • Implement and maintain a simplified and actionable RACI Matrix to define clear roles and responsibilities and ensure accountability within the teams
  • Simplify the internal operational environment to empower project teams, reduce administrative burdens, and enhance focus on delivery
  • Develop detailed action plans for each project within the program, ensuring clarity of deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities
  • Monitor progress across projects, ensuring milestones are met and providing support to address delays or blockers
  • Prioritize and align program activities with CUSTOMER's strategic value agenda to drive long-term growth
  • Facilitate efficient resource allocation across projects, ensuring optimal use of available capabilities
  • Engage with senior stakeholders to maintain alignment between program execution and business objectives
  • Develop and implement a communication plan to provide regular updates on program progress, priorities, and changes to stakeholders and team members
  • Prepare and present status reports, including monitoring indicators, progress updates, and risks or issues, to senior leadership
  • Ensure transparency and manage expectations by fostering a performance culture that supports a client growth journey
  • Oversee the implementation of a knowledge-sharing platform to centralize program-related information and ensure transparency
  • Encourage efficient knowledge transfer by supporting a mentorship program and facilitating shadowing opportunities for team members to learn from experienced colleagues
  • Ensure continuous upskilling of team members, particularly in composable practices and transformation, to bridge any knowledge gaps
  • Establish regular program ceremonies, such as weekly core team meetings, to drive alignment, share progress, and manage priorities effectively
  • Facilitate key program ceremonies and ensure meeting outcomes are documented, including action items and decisions
  • Identify potential risks and issues that could impact program delivery and develop mitigation plans to ensure smooth execution
  • Maintain an up-to-date risk register and communicate significant risks to senior leadership in a timely manner
  • Address internal blockers, including process inefficiencies and capacity management, to ensure the team's focus remains on customer value

Key Skills:

  • 10+ Years of experience in running IT related Programs
  • Experience within Agile project delivery models
  • Experience with Project Governance, Stakeholder Management as well as Senior Stakeholder Management
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to take complex information and present at high-level to enable transparency and decisions
  • Mindset for sharing transparency of projects through data and insights
  • Proven results in driving change in ways of working for teams
  • An exemplary leader with the ability to lead and influence others
  • Good at establishing trusted relations
