Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Programme Director or Programme Manager to lead and manage Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) programmes at a global level. This role requires a strong, delivery-focused individual who is confident operating in complex environments and able to drive outcomes with a firm but fair leadership style. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of M&A programmes, ensuring integration activities are delivered effectively, on time, and to expected standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage M&A programmes, providing clear direction and governance.

Drive delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring momentum and accountability.

Manage senior stakeholders with confidence and clarity.

Make decisive calls to keep programmes on track.

Balance firmness with fairness when managing teams and partners.

Identify and resolve risks, issues, and blockers quickly.

Ensure execution aligns with strategic and operational objectives.

Required Experience & Skills

Proven Experience delivering M&A programmes (essential).

Experience operating at a global or multi-region level.

Strong leadership style - decisive, resilient, and delivery-oriented.

Ability to manage complexity, change, and competing priorities.

Track record of getting things done in challenging environments.
