Summary: The Program Manager role is pivotal in a rapidly growing retail organization, focusing on leading a team of Project Managers and Business Analysts. The position involves a blend of delivery and strategic planning, ensuring successful project execution while managing key business relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong retail background and exceptional stakeholder management skills, particularly in collaboration with senior executives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Project Managers and Business Analysts.
  • Define and implement the Target Operating Model.
  • Manage business relationships and roadmap ownership.
  • Ensure successful delivery of projects and programs aligned with business objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with senior business executives and act as a liaison between the CTO and the business.

  • Solid understanding of end-to-end retail operations.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working closely with CTO/CIO.
  • Experience in line management of BAs and PMs.
