Summary: The Program Manager at Qualient Solutions will lead the delivery of complex insurance programs within the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance sector, specifically in the London Market. This role requires driving digital transformation initiatives and establishing governance frameworks while managing cross-functional collaboration and program-level risks. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in the insurance domain and strong stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of complex insurance programs across multiple workstreams.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives, including system modernization, data migration, and platform integrations (eg, Guidewire, Duck Creek, or bespoke London Market systems).
- Establish governance frameworks and chair steering committees with executive sponsors.
- Oversee budget, risk, resource planning, and progress reporting.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration between business, IT, and regulatory teams.
- Manage UAT cycles and change management for market-facing solutions.
- Act as the primary escalation point for program-level risks and issues.
Key Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the insurance domain in P&C and London Market.
