Summary: The Program Manager role within the Creator Sponsorship team at Client focuses on enhancing advertising experiences while supporting creators in revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Be the subject matter expert on Creator Sponsorship in both pre- and post-sales.
- Independently execute end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns.
- Track and report on campaign execution.
- Identify process gaps for campaign execution and take necessary actions to resolve these gaps.
- Work across UX Design, Engineering, Product, Sales Marketing, and other operational teams.
- Identify new product opportunities by staying close to the advertiser customer feedback loop.
Key Skills:
- 3+ years of program management experience.
- 3+ years of experience in the advertising and influencer marketing industries.
- Experience running successful influencer marketing campaigns.
- Experience working with product teams including UX designers, engineers, and product managers.
- Proficient in Salesforce in the context of ad sales.
- Experience working in creator marketplaces or DSPs.
- Professional working proficiency in English and in either German, Spanish, or French.

About the Role: The Creator Sponsorship team at Client seeks to deliver the best advertising experiences to our viewers on Client while helping creators grow their revenue. This program manager role is joining a new team that is working to scale the influencer marketing solution. This role will report to the lead product manager for these new formats. Being successful in this role will require knowledge in the media advertising, influencer marketing, and gaming spaces.
You Will:
