• Source and identify new charity partners aligned with Delivery programme objectives
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential organisations, including proactive outreach
• Conduct partnership assessments to evaluate operational readiness and strategic fit
• Drive programme scale through partner acquisition
• Manage end-to-end onboarding process
• Develop and deliver training materials and operational guidance
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding and integration
• Partner with operations teams to provide on-the-ground support
• Identify and resolve operational challenges impacting delivery performance
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance partner experience
