Summary: The Programme Manager role is a hybrid position based in London or Birmingham, focusing on leading a major programme of change for a professional body. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of a programme made up of multiple initiatives aimed at resolving known pain points.
- Create and maintain a clear programme plan, ensuring alignment with the business case and broader organisational objectives.
- Work with internal stakeholders to scope, prioritise, and refine initiatives.
- Ensure delivery of ‘quick wins’ while building towards more sustainable longer-term fixes.
- Navigate and manage a backlog of issues with pragmatism and a focus on efficiency.
- Provide programme-level governance, risk management, and reporting.
