Summary: As a Field Programs Analyst for Salesforce's Global Excellence Academy, the role involves managing the Strateego Academy, a key enablement program for top sellers. The position requires strategic planning, operational execution, and high-level stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities:
- Owned and executed multiple workstreams for the Academy, ensuring program consistency and excellence
- Led operational planning, logistics, scheduling, and delivery of program events and sessions
- Managed internal and external communications strategy to promote engagement and visibility
- Coordinated with senior leaders and subject matter experts to secure impactful speakers and content
- Tracked, analyzed, and reported program performance through sales KPIs, survey data, and stakeholder feedback
- Maintained and updated program materials using Google Workspace tools (Slides, Sheets incl. VLOOKUPs, formulas, etc.)
- Produced virtual sessions on Zoom, managing live engagement, chat moderation, and attendee support
- Continuously assessed and improved program processes, driving operational excellence and innovation
- Supported swag management and cohort launches, ensuring high-quality experience for participants
