Programme Manager Decommissioning Lead (12-Month FTC)Location: London (Hybrid)Salary: 100,000 p.a.Contract: 12-month FTC (Maternity Cover) | Starting by December 2024About the RoleMy client, a leading law firm, is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead the decommissioning / relocation and dereliction of their current office site. This high-visibility role is a critical part of a larger multi-stream relocation programme as the firm prepares to move back into the City in 2027.This is a 12-month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave, with the position starting by December 2024. You will be responsible for managing the complex decommissioning of the current building, ensuring the smooth execution and governance of the programme.Key Responsibilities:Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of the decommissioning programme for the current site.Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment with the firm's broader relocation goals.Develop and implement governance structures to monitor progress, risk, and compliance throughout the programme lifecycle.Manage key relationships with contractors, vendors, and external partners involved in the decommissioning.Ensure seamless transition and adherence to project deadlines, budgets, and regulatory standards.Provide detailed reporting to senior leadership on programme status, challenges, and milestones.About You:You'll ideally have significant experience managing complex decommissioning / relocation programmes, particularly within large corporate environments.
