Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end delivery of strategic programmes across EMEA.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Operations, Partnerships, Marketing and regional Acquisition teams.
- Drive project plans, timelines, risks and stakeholder communications.
- Support initiatives involving consumer brands, creator partnerships and acquisition programmes.
- Identify process improvements and implement more efficient ways of working.
- Keep projects moving by proactively managing dependencies and removing blockers.
Key Skills:
- 5+ years' experience in Programme or Project Management, Business Operations or Strategy & Operations.
- Experience within a technology, marketplace or consumer-facing business.
- Strong cross-functional stakeholder management and programme delivery experience.
- Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working in fast-changing environments.
- Experience working with consumer brands, partnerships or creator programmes is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
