Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of strategic programmes across EMEA.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Operations, Partnerships, Marketing and regional Acquisition teams.
  • Drive project plans, timelines, risks and stakeholder communications.
  • Support initiatives involving consumer brands, creator partnerships and acquisition programmes.
  • Identify process improvements and implement more efficient ways of working.
  • Keep projects moving by proactively managing dependencies and removing blockers.

Key Skills:

  • 5+ years' experience in Programme or Project Management, Business Operations or Strategy & Operations.
  • Experience within a technology, marketplace or consumer-facing business.
  • Strong cross-functional stakeholder management and programme delivery experience.
  • Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working in fast-changing environments.
  • Experience working with consumer brands, partnerships or creator programmes is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.

We're looking for an experienced Programme Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives across EMEA within a fast-paced, consumer-focused technology business.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys bringing structure to complex programmes and has experience working across multiple stakeholders, regions and business functions.
