Summary: The Programme Manager (COO/CTO) role in Birmingham involves overseeing the delivery of strategic portfolio outcomes aligned with the business vision through complex global change portfolios. Key Responsibilities:
- Overall delivery of strategic portfolio outcomes supporting business vision.
- Report to the Head of CTO Portfolio & Accountability Management.
- Support leadership development within the CTO Change portfolio management team.
- Enable decentralized delivery, minimize dependencies, and maximize collaboration across CTO Areas.
- Own CTO portfolio strategy and ensure organizational strategic requirements are documented.
- Manage demand effectively towards the right strategic priorities.
