Summary: The Programme Manager (COO/CTO) role in Birmingham involves overseeing the delivery of strategic portfolio outcomes aligned with the business vision through complex global change portfolios. The position requires collaboration with the CTO and leadership development within the CTO Change portfolio management team. The manager will ensure that organizational strategic requirements are documented and supported by technology architecture roadmaps. Key Responsibilities:
- Overall delivery of strategic portfolio outcomes supporting business vision.
- Report to the Head of CTO Portfolio & Accountability Management.
- Support leadership development within the CTO Change portfolio management team.
- Enable decentralized delivery, minimize dependencies, and maximize collaboration across CTO Areas.
- Own CTO portfolio strategy and ensure organizational strategic requirements are documented.
- Manage demand effectively towards the right strategic priorities.
