Programme Manager
Experienced Programme Manager with 12+ years of experience leading complex data, technology, and business transformation programmes within financial services. Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of DAF/DAO initiatives, overseeing multiple interdependent projects and workstreams across IHUB technology and business stakeholder groups. Accountable for programme governance, execution, dependency management, stakeholder engagement, risk oversight, and delivery of strategic business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the overall programme roadmap, ensuring alignment across multiple projects, workstreams, milestones, dependencies, and delivery schedules.
Lead programme execution across IHUB technology teams and Finance/Risk stakeholders, ensuring coordinated delivery against agreed objectives, timelines, and business outcomes.
Establish and drive programme governance, including Steering Committees, programme reviews, executive reporting, and management of programme-level risks, issues, decisions, and dependencies.
Manage cross-project dependencies, identifying and resolving conflicts, resource constraints, and delivery risks that could impact programme outcomes.
Partner with senior business and technology stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment, effective decision-making, and prioritisation across the programme portfolio.
Drive scope management, change governance, and delivery controls, ensuring programme objectives remain aligned to business priorities and regulatory requirements.
Oversee programme financials, resource planning, funding utilisation, and progress against agreed targets and benefits.
Coordinate planning activities across multiple teams and delivery streams, ensuring readiness for key milestones, testing phases, releases, and implementation activities.
Provide concise executive-level reporting on programme health, delivery status, risks, issues, dependencies, and critical decisions.
Ensure programme artefacts, governance documentation, and audit evidence are maintained in line with organisational standards and regulatory expectations.
Support benefits tracking and outcome measurement, ensuring the programme delivers measurable business value and strategic objectives.
Required Experience/Skills
Proven experience delivering large-scale programmes within data, technology, regulatory, or transformation domains in banking or financial services.
Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects and complex interdependencies across business and technology functions.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior executives, programme sponsors, and technology leadership teams.
Expertise in programme governance, executive reporting, financial management, and benefits realisation.
Strong risk, dependency, and issue management capabilities across large, complex delivery environments.
Experience operating within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models, coordinating multiple teams and stakeholders across markets and functions.
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills with the ability to drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
Relevant certifications such as MSP, PgMP, PRINCE2, PMP, Agile certifications, or equivalent are advantageous.
