Summary: The Programme Manager is responsible for leading and delivering large-scale, complex programmes, particularly in infrastructure migrations and strategic IT initiatives within a global context. This role includes accountability for programme vision, planning, governance, and successful delivery while mentoring other managers and fostering PMO capability growth. The Programme Manager also ensures alignment with organizational standards and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex infrastructure, cloud, and post-merger integration programmes
  • Set programme vision, governance, plans, budgets, and delivery standards
  • Manage senior stakeholders, vendors, and executive steering forums
  • Drive operational readiness, cutover, and smooth handover to support teams
  • Mentor Programme Managers and help mature PMO capability

Key Skills:

  • 10+ years’ experience delivering large IT infrastructure or transformation programmes
  • Technical expertise in enterprise infrastructures, cloud and on-prem architectures
  • Proven senior stakeholder and vendor management skills
  • Proven success in delivering medium to large complex IT Infrastructure projects within budget and specified timeframes, while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • PMP/PgMP (or equivalent) preferred
