Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT and digital transformation programmes.
- Manage multiple projects and workstreams across cloud, infrastructure, applications, data, cybersecurity and enterprise technology.
- Own programme governance, budgets, forecasting, resource planning, risks, dependencies and executive reporting.
- Lead global and cross-functional teams including Project Managers, Architects, Technical Leads, BAs, QA and Operations.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, clients and technology partners.
- Drive delivery performance, continuous improvement, transformation and adoption of new technologies.
- Manage vendors and third parties while ensuring programmes are delivered within scope, budget, quality and timelines.
Key Requirements
- 15+ years' experience in IT programme/project delivery.
- 8+ years' experience in programme management or large-scale delivery leadership.
- Strong Insurance and Financial Services background.
- Strong experience managing large, complex and global technology programmes.
- Excellent programme governance, stakeholder management, budgeting, risk management and strategic planning skills.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, DevOps, Waterfall and hybrid delivery models.
- Experience across areas such as Cloud, Infrastructure, Enterprise Applications, Data, Cybersecurity, AI/Automation or Digital Transformation.
- Proven experience managing enterprise clients, global teams, large budgets and strategic transformation initiatives.
- Strong executive communication, leadership and client engagement skills.
Qualifications such as PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, Scrum, ITIL or cloud certifications would be advantageous.
Bachelor's degree required, with an MBA or Master's degree preferred.
